All our studios are fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the many amenities at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed with a premium mattress and bedside tables, an ensuite bathroom, and a versatile area with a table and two chairs, perfect to work or dine. While regular cleaning is not included, it can be booked upon request.
Please note, if you are booking as a couple, there will be an additional 200€ charge added to the price of the studio.

The Waterfront also includes a welcoming Café for tenants and their guests, offering multiple menu options to start the day and tasteful snacks to enjoy whenever you want.
A vibrant neighborhood located in the eastern part of Berlin, Friedrichshain is known for its lively atmosphere, rich history, and cultural scene. Nested at the intersection where the city center meets a picturesque lakeside, the district offers a thriving nightlife and a great mix of parks, bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it one of the most sought-after residential areas for creative communities and young professionals. The area is also well-served by public transportation, providing convenient access to other parts of Berlin.
We receive so many applications, that it is not possible for us to accommodate everyone who is possibly interested, hence, we are unable to organize individual viewings.
However, we always work on setting expectations right when offering someone a room, as we want you to get everything you are expecting.
