CCW Masterdays run Monday 22 to Thursday 25 February 2027: Future Readiness Day, Customer Love Day, Touchpoint Excellence Day, then AI Transformation Day, each bookable on its own or combined into a full Master Pass. The CCW Expo runs Tuesday 23 to Thursday 25 February across three halls, with more than 230 exhibitors, per the organiser's Expo page.
Daily opening hours for 2027 are not published yet. The organiser's FAQ page still shows the 2026 schedule, so check again closer to the event. The Expo floor carries the AI Stage, World of AI, the TeleTalk-Demoforum, Startup Visions, dialogXplosion, Masterclasses, guided tours and the EUROCC award for customer champions, per the ticket page.
