DGPPN Kongress 2026 is the annual congress of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Psychosomatik und Nervenheilkunde (DGPPN e. V.), Germany's largest medical scientific society for mental health. It runs from Wednesday, 25 November to Saturday, 28 November 2026 at CityCube Berlin, with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, residents (Ärzte in Weiterbildung), psychologists, nursing and health professions, and researchers among the audience. DGPPN's own 2026 projection puts attendance at over 10,000 (DGPPN press page, DGPPN young professionals).
DGPPN has not published a dedicated overview of changes for 2026. Two confirmed differences from the 2025 edition:
Sessions run daily from 08:30 to 19:30, until 13:30 on Saturday, 28 November. The congress opens Wednesday, 25 November at 10:15. The 2026 highlights page names confirmed speakers, including Karl Broich (BfArM) on the ICD-11 transition, Birgit Derntl (Universität Tübingen) on women's mental health, and Tilo Kircher (Marburg) on transdiagnostic models across depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Formats include Lectures, State-of-the-Art symposia, Meet-the-Expert sessions and around 80 CME certified workshops, a paid add-on, in person only. DGPPN offers a Berlin+Online package, on-site plus livestream and video on demand until 31 May 2027, and an Online-only package.
Registration is online by default; from 25 November, on-site registration also opens at the venue service desk. CME attendance is tracked by repeated badge scans at "Scan-Säulen" around the grounds, not a single check-in. Point requirements come from the Landesärztekammer Berlin; DGPPN has not yet published the exact number (organiser FAQ). DGPPN Kongress 2026 runs two rate periods: early-bird until 30 September 2026, regular from 1 October 2026. A Berlin+Online package (on-site plus digital) and an Online-only package are both available, priced by attendee category (registration and fees). Prices as of 23 September 2026.
The roughly 80 CME workshops cost about €50 to €320 depending on category and length, and only come with the Berlin+Online package. Cancellations by 30 September 2026 are refunded minus 25%; no refund after that date.

P14, directly in front of CityCube Berlin, holds about 160 spaces; no price is published on the operator's own site (Messe Berlin parking). Habyt Berlin Waterfront lists no parking on its site; the direct S3 connection above avoids the drive.
