Internationale Grüne Woche Berlin, known as Grüne Woche, is what its organiser calls the world's leading trade fair for food, agriculture and horticulture. It runs from Friday, 15 January to Sunday, 24 January 2027 at the Messegelände Berlin (Berlin Exhibition Grounds), Messedamm 22, organised by Messe Berlin GmbH. The 2026 edition drew about 350,000 visitors, around 1,600 exhibitors from more than 50 countries, and about 1,800 media professionals from 21 countries (organiser's closing report 2026).

Grüne Woche opens 10:00 to 18:00 every day of the run, with one extended evening: Friday, 22 January, 10:00 to 20:00 (Grüne Woche). There is no day reserved only for trade visitors: the public and trade audiences attend on the same days throughout.
Exhibitor build-up runs 11 to 14 January: 07:00 to 22:00 on 11 to 13 January, then 07:00 to 12:00 on 14 January, extending to 16:00 for decoration work. Dismantling runs 24 January, 18:00 to 22:00, then 25 to 26 January, 07:00 to 22:00 (exhibitor preparation).
The trade programme runs to more than 300 seminars, panels and professional discussions across agriculture, food, sustainability, rural development and energy, alongside the GFFA and the named congresses above (programme page, trade visitor programme).
Grüne Woche sells a dedicated trade ticket alongside its public tickets. The online price is a standing discount over the gate price, not a time-limited early-bird offer, so there is no booking deadline to watch (tickets and fees). Prices as of 30 September 2026.

Door to door, the trip is about 44 minutes: a 4-minute walk to S Rummelsburg, the S3 direct with no change of train to S Messe Süd, then a 6-minute walk to the Eingang Süd (south entrance) (Messe Berlin, S-Bahn Berlin). It is not a short hop, but it needs no change of train.
Messe Berlin offers free parking at Olympiastadion (Olympischer Platz), paired with a free shuttle bus to the south entrance that runs from one hour before opening to one hour after closing. Trade and professional visitors also get free parking in the on-site ICC Parkhaus, with the ticket stamped at the press-centre reception counter (travel and stay, trade visitors). Habyt Berlin Waterfront lists no parking on its site; the direct S3 above avoids the drive.
