Please treat your studio, its furnishings and equipment with care.

• Studios may only be occupied by the number of guests included in the reservation.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
• Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted inside the studios.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours, to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Furniture, appliances and other items must not be removed from the studio or used for purposes other than their intended purpose.
• Please use the kitchenette and all electrical appliances responsibly. Never leave cooking unattended.
• Any damage, malfunction or maintenance issue should be reported to the Habyt Vienna team as soon as possible.
• Guests may be held responsible for any damage, missing items or additional cleaning required as a result of improper use of the studio.
• All studios are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and any other smoking products.

The lounge and coworking areas are shared spaces intended for working, relaxing and connecting with other guests.

• Please be considerate of others and keep conversations, calls and media at a reasonable volume.
• Headphones should be used when listening to music, watching videos or joining online meetings.
• Personal belongings must not be used to reserve seats or workspaces for extended periods.
• Please leave tables, chairs and shared surfaces clean and tidy after use.
• Furniture must remain in its designated area unless otherwise approved by the Habyt Vienna team.
• Food and drinks should be consumed responsibly. Any spills should be cleaned immediately or reported to the team.
• Sleeping, disruptive behaviour, parties and private events are not permitted in these areas.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Please respect the opening hours and any temporary restrictions displayed in the space.

The gym and wellness facilities are available for the enjoyment of registered guests. Guests use these facilities at their own risk and according to their individual health and physical condition.

• Please follow all posted safety instructions and operating guidelines.
• Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose.
• Appropriate sports clothing and footwear must be worn in the gym.
• Please wipe down gym equipment after use and return weights and accessories to their designated places.
• Towels must be used on sauna benches for hygiene reasons.
• Suitable swimwear or appropriate sauna attire must be worn in accordance with the instructions displayed in the wellness area.
• Glass containers, food, alcohol and smoking products are not permitted in the gym, sauna or relaxation areas.
• Running, unsafe behaviour and the misuse of equipment are prohibited.
• Guests should not use the sauna or gym if they feel unwell or have a medical condition that may make use of the facilities unsafe.
• Please respect the comfort and privacy of other guests. Photography or filming of other guests is not permitted without their consent.
• Any damaged or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately and should not be used.

The terraces are shared spaces for guests to relax and enjoy responsibly.

• Please respect the terrace opening hours and any instructions displayed at the entrances.
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and at night, out of consideration for other guests and neighbouring residents.
• Parties, amplified music and disruptive gatherings are not permitted unless previously authorised by Habyt Vienna.
• Furniture must not be moved close to railings, climbed on or removed from the terrace.
• Do not lean over, climb on or place objects on terrace railings.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and leave tables and seating areas clean after use.
• Glassware should not be used where prohibited. Please use the appropriate containers provided by the property.
• Barbecues, candles, open flames, personal cooking equipment and other fire hazards are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the terraces.

The entire Habyt Vienna property is strictly non-smoking. This includes all studios, balconies, terraces, corridors, stairways, lifts, common spaces, coworking areas, wellness facilities and all other indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

The use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and any other smoking products is prohibited throughout the property.

Guests must comply with all applicable fire-safety rules.

Guests must follow all evacuation instructions and directions given by the Habyt Vienna team or emergency services.

Where a guest’s intentional, negligent or unauthorised conduct – including smoking, improper use of electrical or cooking appliances, or tampering with smoke detectors or other fire-safety equipment – causes a false fire alarm and results in the fire department or another emergency service being dispatched, the guest agrees to bear all associated costs relating to the emergency-service intervention.

The guest may also be held responsible for any resulting damage, additional cleaning, repairs, operational disruption or other costs incurred by Habyt Vienna.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, visitors, employees and neighbouring residents.

Harassment, threatening behaviour, discrimination, violence, illegal activity and conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others will not be tolerated.

Habyt Vienna reserves the right to restrict access to shared facilities or require a guest to leave the property in cases of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, subject to the applicable booking conditions and legal requirements.
