The building is part of a development that also includes a newly-built hotel operated by Radisson.

The Leipzig development, situated in the vibrant Zentrum-Nord district, will offer 185 fully furnished co-living units across 75 modern apartments. With a mix of private studios and shared apartments (from 2 to 5-bedrooms), the property is designed to meet the diverse needs of today's urban professionals. Set to welcome its first residents in December 2024, the building will also feature several amenities such as a rooftop terrace with stunning city views, a beautiful courtyard and outdoor lounge, and a spacious community area where residents can work, meet each other and relax.

The 6,200 square meter project created in partnership with FAY Projects GmbH–who also developed the adjacent Radisson Hotel–is designed to provide high-quality living spaces paired with a vibrant communal environment and exceptional connectivity. The five-story building at Berliner Straße 22-30 is strategically located just five minutes from Leipzig’s main train station and steps away from the Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz tram stop, offering residents unparalleled access to the city’s key urban hubs.
