Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Some rooms also have a private or shared balcony or terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine.
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community.
The building is split into two parts with a larger front house, and a cozy back house with a maisonette. With wooden ceilings and concrete floors it is both stylish and cozy inside out.
You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the park.
