ECR 2027, Healthcare Reimagined, is the European Congress of Radiology, organised by the European Society of Radiology (ESR) at the Austria Center Vienna from 3 to 7 March 2027. It brings together radiologists, radiographers, medical physicists and industry from 121 countries, the organiser's count for its most recent edition, for CME-accredited education across 16 subspecialties.
ECR 2027 runs five days at the Austria Center Vienna, Wednesday 3 to Sunday 7 March, with the technical exhibition open one day less, 3 to 6 March. The scientific programme, chaired by ESR President Prof. Dr. Mathias Prokop with Deputy Chairperson Prof. Marie-Pierre Revel, spans 16 subspecialties through the Postgraduate Educational and Scientific Programmes, E³ courses, Hands-on Workshops, the Image Interpretation Quiz, In Focus sessions, connAction, The Cube and the AI track, "AI Backstage: Reality Beyond the Hype," per the organiser's programme team page.
Two evening events are ticketed separately: the Radiographers Evening on 4 March and the closing ECR 2027 Party, "Shades of blue," on 7 March. ECR 2027 registration runs in three tiers: the Opening Fee until 4 November 2026, the Early Fee until 16 December 2026, and the Late Fee from 17 December 2026. A Full Member ticket costs €710, €870 and €950 across these tiers; Full Fee Non-Member starts at €1,040, rising to €1,360 and €1,420. Reduced categories exist for Young Trainee (age 35 and under), radiographers, nurses, students, hospital managers and IT and administrative staff, all listed on the official registration page.
Fees are in euros, include 10% Austrian VAT, and cover onsite and online access from 3 to 7 March 2027 plus on-demand access until 14 March 2027; they exclude travel, hotel, social events and food.
