ISPOR Europe 2026 is the annual European congress of ISPOR, the professional society for health economics and outcomes research, held 8 to 11 November 2026 at the Austria Center Vienna. The 2026 edition carries the theme "Shaping the Future of Access Through Science and Policy" and, per the organiser's venue page, is held in Vienna, the 2026 host city.
The congress runs four days: Sunday 8 November for pre-conference Short Courses, then the main scientific programme Monday to Wednesday, 9 to 11 November. Registration is open 7:00 to 18:00 on Sunday, 7:00 to 17:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and 7:00 to 13:00 on Wednesday, per the official programme.
Three plenary sessions anchor the programme: Monday's welcome plenary "The Science of What Matters: Rethinking Value in Healthcare" (8:30 to 10:00), Tuesday's "We Optimize Treatments, But How Do We Optimize the System?" (from 8:30), and Wednesday's closing plenary (11:30 to 13:00). The Exhibit Hall runs 9:30 to 19:00 Monday and Tuesday, and 8:30 to 11:30 on Wednesday. Sessions cover 12 HEOR taxonomy areas across Plenary, Spotlight, Breakout, Podium and Poster formats, with five poster sessions and guided poster tours. Attendance is restricted to age 18 and over, and filming or recording sessions and posters is not permitted.
Standard in-person registration for ISPOR Europe 2026 costs $1,595 (member) or $1,990 (non-member) at the early rate, rising to $1,875 or $2,340 after 1 October 2026. Reduced categories exist for clinical practitioners and government, patient representatives, full-time students and one-day attendance, all listed on the official registration page. Sunday's Short Courses are booked and priced separately, from $165 for a 4-hour student rate up to $1,730 for an 8-hour non-member regular rate.

Monday and Tuesday both open with an 8:30 plenary session, after coffee service from 7:00. The gym is in the building, so if you like to train before a congress day, ask the reception for the gym hours when you check in.
