How are your rooms and flats furnished?

All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home!

Your apartment is fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day 1.

Additional common-use items such as iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine* are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a stove. Cook your heart’s desires!

Your room also awaits, fully furnished and clean! You will find a bed + bed linens, a bedside table, and a wardrobe in your room. If you book a room larger than 10m2, you also get a desk and a chair.

While the cost of living in Lisbon is more expensive than other areas in the country, the city is still considered to be quite affordable when compared to other countries in western Europe.
The main modes of public transport in Lisbon include the Metro, a subway network with a total of four main lines, trams, buses and suburban trains (CP) that connect Lisbon with neighboring towns and cities in the wider metropolitan area. Lisbon is also becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with dedicated bike lanes and bike-sharing schemes available for residents.
As of January 2024, the minimum wage in Portugal is €820 per month.
From several Miradouros offering scenic views of the city to historic districts like Alfama, there’s a lot to see and do in Lisbon. Stroll along the lively streets of Prínipe Real and Chiado, take a day trip to Sintra, and head down to the beautiful beaches in nearby coastal towns such as Cascais, Estoril, or Costa da Caparica.
As a student moving to Lisbon you may need several documents including proof of identity, proof of enrollment, and proof of income or financial support at hand. You may also need to provide an employment contract and visa or residence permit, if applicable.
