How are your rooms and flats furnished?

All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home! Your apartment is fully furnished from day 1, so you don’t have to worry about anything.Your apartment comes fully furnished with a full or queen sized bed-frame, mattress, nightstand, closet, and hangers. Some suites also offer en-suite bathrooms. Outside your private bedroom, you will find a fully-furnished living and kitchen area, with appliances, cutlery, and household essentials including toilet paper, dish washing soap, sponges, and laundry detergent. Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat.

All you need is Habyt! Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, utilities and WiFi, household necessities, and free weekly cleanings of shared spaces. You will also enjoy a handful of amazing amenities, community events, exclusive discounts, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt app and Habyt Member portal), our support team, and many more!

While we love animals, we only allow pets at our private studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. In our coliving apartments, pets may be allowed as an accommodation for tenants with a qualified disability.

The cost of living and housing in Los Angeles is higher than the national average. Although living in Los Angeles can be quite expensive, coliving offers a great way to save on your rent while still having access to top-notch amenities and amazing locations in LA.
While Los Angeles is often associated with car culture, the city's public transit system has been expanding in recent years. Public transportation in Los Angeles includes the Metro (both Bus and Rail), Metrolink, and the DASH bus system.
Currently, the minimum wage is $16.90 per hour, but effective July 1, 2024, Los Angeles County’s minimum wage rate will increase to $17.27.
You’ll never be bored in LA. Outdoorsy types will have their pick of beachside bike paths, skate parks, and hikes to the Hollywood sign or the Rock Pools in Malibu. Thrill junkies who tire of surfing will be happy to know that Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Knott’s Berry Farm are all a short drive away. On the off chance it rains, you can check out The Broad art museum, explore the California Science Center, or catch a Lakers game downtown.
